BIOGRAPHY

Drew Hathaway serves as the VP of Operations and Lead Designer at Xinja Built. He manages and oversees the production and installation of project items, ensuring that each build is executed with precision, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations. His role combines operational leadership with design direction, supporting both daily workflow and long-term project success.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medicine as well as an Associate of Science in Business Management. His educational background, paired with practical leadership experience, supports his work in coordinating operations, guiding production teams, and shaping design decisions for Xinja Built’s custom projects.

personal interests

Drew grew up in Orem, Utah, and graduated from Mountain View High School before attending Utah Valley University. He enjoys off-roading, camping, and spending time outdoors whenever he gets the chance.
