Dan Hathaway is the CEO, Founder and President of Xinja Built and brings over 25 years of experience in the cabinet-construction industry. Known for his dedication to craftsmanship, hands-on leadership, and client-centered service, he plays an essential role in shaping the quality, culture, and vision of the company.

Dan first began his career in the painting industry in his early years. Over the years, he has shifted from painting homes to woodworking.

personal interests

Outside of Xinja Built, Dan stays active and creative. He enjoys weight-lifting, running, and music. He plays guitar and sings and plays music with his daughter. Dan also enjoys spending time with his family as much as he can.
